CA Intermediate May 2026 Exam Dates & Timetable

The CA exams are conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), which is one of the most reputed professional bodies in the world. The CA Intermediate Exam is one of the most crucial stages in the Chartered Accountancy course.
Paper-Wise Structure of CA Intermediate Exam
The CA Intermediate Examination is divided into two groups, each consisting of three papers. The exam pattern remains consistent every year.
Group I includes
- Advanced Accounting
- Corporate and Other Laws
- Taxation
Group II includes:
- Cost and Management Accounting
- Auditing and Assurance
- Financial Management and Economics for Finance
Each paper carries 100 marks. To clear the exam, students must score at least 40% in each paper and 50% aggregate in a group.

Important Dates and Events for CA Inter May 2026
- Exam Form Start Date: 03 March 2026
- Last Date to Apply (Without Late Fee): 16 March, 2026
- Last Date to Apply (With Late Fee): 19 March, 2026
Admit Card for CA Intermediate May 2026
- ICAI will release the admit card around the last week of April 2026.
- Students must download it online from the ICAI exam portal.
