This stage focuses on building a strong conceptual understanding of company law, tax laws, Securities Law, Commercial laws, accounting matters and regulatory frameworks.

It is the second stage of the CS course and the exams are held in offline mode at their exam centers. The exam is conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). The exam  is held twice a year. It introduces about the technical and procedural aspects of company law, tax laws and other related laws.

CS Professional exam

The CS Professional exam is the final and most advanced stage in the CS course. It requires a comprehensive understanding of corporate governance, legal frameworks, and compliance management. In this course most of the syllabus is theoretical that is difficult to memorize.

Conclusion

To conclude, both exams are difficult in their own path but CS Professional is definitely considered as more challenging due to its advanced content and complexity. The CS Executive exam is less challenging as compared to the Professional exam because in the professional exam you have to understand each and every concept deeply, and also you have the ability to apply that knowledge in the real-world situations.
