A Company Secretary (CS) is a key managerial personnel in a company, responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and effective administration. The Company Secretary (CS) course in India is structured in three levels: CSEET (formerly Foundation), Executive, and Professional. This structure allows students to progressively build their knowledge and skills in company law, corporate governance, and related fields. The CSEET is the entry-level test for students who have completed their 10+2 education.
The Syllabus of Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) comprises of the following four parts:
