How to create an account on SSP Portal

The Self-Service Portal is an online portal created by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) offering a variety of services to both members and students. It provides various services related to articleship, course registration, profile updates, and exam functions. Students can also raise tickets (registering complaints) through the SSP.

STEP TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT ON SSP

 

1.     Visit the ICAI e-services portal

Go to https://eservices.icai.org

 

2.     Create your account

  • Click on “First Time User (New Student)? Click Here

3.     Fill in the details

  • Fill up the personal details such as :

(i)              Name,

(ii)           Gender,

(iii)         Date of Birth,

(iv)          Email address,

(v)           Country code,

(vi)          Mobile number,

(vii)        Country name

(viii)      Nationality.

4.     Verification Process

  • OTP will be sent to the mobile number
  • Complete the captcha and select submit to receive the OTP.
  • A verification link containing the User ID and password will be sent to the email address provided.
  • The login credentials send through mail can be used to login to SSP for all future actions.
  1. Points to note
  • Enter salutation, name, date of birth, and gender as per 10th/12th certificate.

  • No changes in the form are allowed after submission.

  • Use your own mobile number and email, as all important communications and OTPs will be sent through them.

  • You will receive a separate email from the Centralized Dispatch System for study material via SMS/Email within 2–3 days after successful payment.

  • International students with a foreign mobile number will receive OTP on their email ID.
