The CS Executive or CS Intermediate (Programme is the second stage in becoming a Company Secretary (CS), conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). 1. ICSI INTERMEDIATE REGISTRATION

ICSI opens registrations for the CS Intermediate Programme twice a year, typically in June and December.

3. REGISTRATION PROCESS

Eligibility Criteria

To register for the CS Intermediate Programme, candidates must have:
(i)Passed the CS Executive Entrance Test (CSEET)
(ii)Graduates/Postgraduates in any discipline (except Fine Arts).

 

Given below are the registration steps for the Executive Programme:

  • Step 1 : Visit the ICSI website and click on “Executive Programme Registration.”
  • Step 2 : Choose the form of registration (CSEET route or direct entry for graduates).
  • Step 3 : Enter academic and personal details in the application form.
  • Step 4 : Upload necessary documents like a graduation certificate or a CSEET report card.
  • Step 5 : Pay the registration fee and submit the form.

4. REGISTRATION FEES

The registration fee for the CS Intermediate Programme is Rs. 17,000 (Rs. 22,000 in case of direct entry), which includes study material fees.
